i pm'd santod as well. ive tried 2 version of cookie and 3 of santod...all break youtube. guess ill just use what comes with this rom until one of you ppc geniuses figure all this shit out, as u can tell by my "noob" status, i really cant do shit to help the situation lol

+1 on just tried my youtube after thinking it worked and it is broken.using 16 link 1922 r6 i believe.i wonder what made mine work for a few moments.i uninstalled that 16 link mod but was still broken.

im using the this 16 link cab with not one youtube issue, custom tb also.

when you hard reset can you try to open it and use it once than reset the phone and see if you can open it a second time... may be how the cache is being stored on the card or in a temp folder somewhere.... have you tried using an app like resco file explorer and turning on the option to see hidden items?

Hey Darren, have you used Youtube a few times or just once. As i stated a few pages ago, i started with R6 but after my 3rd time on youtube, i started getting problems.
I use the 16 no back4all and all is still good.
Tried the new Cookie, fast and responsive but broke youtube as well.
I tried all these apps one at a time, each on a hard reset and clean SD card (even formatted it) and still a no go. Still working with just 16 quick links

I haven't been keeping up with the past few pages but isn't there a reg edit that brings youtube sound back? Sorry if this has already been mentioned/tried. I'm gonna look for it...

That's similar to my experience. I got youtube working with 16 tabs....worked 3 or 4 times. Then all of a sudden youtube sound stopped working without anything else being installed or changed. It's the wierdest thing...
