try installing a wm 6.5 taskbar and see if that brings back/installs a speaker icon, let me know if you need one but there are plenty out there.

that program picker is part of da cookie. as 4 changing start menu, i believe darren mentioned that a page or so back...but personally i use CSMI (change start menu icon) 2 change around order n what apps go in what folder i use resco or you can use the total commander. search xda 4 all different icons..the hd2 leo section of apps themes has a stickie

Why am i getting stuck at 0% in bootloader mode when i try to hardspl unlock the Touch pro 2 (sprint). I recently got another one with 6.5 pre-loaded and now i can't unlock it or flash any customs roms.

no idea why you wouldnt be able to unlock, but below is a link to the website to download the unlocker again, try redownloading it and unlocking again.

i seen that you asked the same question in the HSPL-UNLOCKER forum, that's the correct place to ask as they will know more, but i have never had an issue locking or unlocking so dont know why you would be.

Just flashed the sprint ROM and none of my hardware buttons work...at all. It won't even rotate the screen when I slide it.

not sure thats a rom issue, try to reflash or flash to stock and see if they work.
