First step after dl is to extract the .nbh file to you sd card (do not put it into a folder), assuming you know how to put your device into boot loader mode, it will automatically load the rom. Again, just follow the steps in the link provided.

i am making the switch from juicy rom and so far i am pretty happy. is there a way to disable the weather animation on the home screen. i still would like the weather to be on there, just not the animation. just looking for ways to speed up the phone. thanks.

either use cookie or santods r6 cab, r6 is very lite and includes background for all. r6 adds more quicklinks also and to kill weather pick static wallpaper for weather wallpaper.

on home tab, click menu, wallpaper, then choose animated then either pick from list given or select album

I must be blind but how do you show program. the only way i can get to it is to add a quick link on my home screen. also i like juicy's start menu better. is it easy to change the start menu?

It appears not.
I had my wife send me a pic and all i got was an empty message.
I sent one to myself, and I got an empty message. Now the receiving icon it stuck flashing for the past 15 min like it is still receiving something.
