check this on your pc do you have the microsoft netframe 3.5 install if you dont have it that is why you can not unlock your tp2 hope this helps you some

Ok so the source of none of my hardware buttons working was the keyboard config program, this ROM seems to be completely non-compatible with it. Deck?

did you try another kb config app? i dont use one and dont have the problem since its a sprint rom.

Apologies, I meant RhodiumKBDController, should have specified. I don't mean applying a certain config via cab. Anyways, I was installing KBDController to try and fix the issues I was having stock, I explained it in a thread in the general forum here:

EDIT: And by stock, I mean fresh hard reset on Deck's ROM. Haha...losin' my mind.

this is my first time posting. i've been (sadly enough) lurking here at PPCGeeks for a while, and i have to say that i dig the effort that's been put into these rom's. i started with the Samsung i910, and pretty much stuck with WinMo to see what i can do.

since i'm posting here, i think it's sorta obvious that i've got a TP2 (VZW). i've been flashing recently for the past few months, and i just jumped onto the deck's rom. so far, it's ran like a champ (pretty much everyone's has for me). the only thing that i can't find an answer for is me receiving MMS.

i've searched (then again, i might not be trying hard enough) for an answer, but can't get one. here's what my start-up procedure was;

1) flash
2) hard reset
3) hard reset
4) install Verizon.CAB
5) *228 1
6) *228 2
7) input VZW's MMS server information
install programs

i was able to send MMS, but not receive. so, i searched and saw that i (possibly) needed ArcSOFT installed. i grabbed 5.2.12.45, and installed. no joy. i've got five different ArcSOFT cabs, tried them one at a time (after h.resets), but no joy. don't get me wrong, not receiving MMS is not the make/break point of this rom, but it would be nice to get a picture or two NOT through email. anyone got a clue? is it me (probably)? is it the rom? please advise.

and why is it that i'm getting this strange "pulling" sensation near my leg? maybe it's just me.

+3 on that. I had to ditch this ROM cuz I couldnt go internet wifi. And on top of that I couldnt sync my hotmail with this ROM either. Maybe when all these bugs get fixed I might try and revert back to it and see how I like it but until then Im back to the trusty and faithful Sprint Lovers!!!
