I'm trying to sync my hotmail & I keep getting and error stating that the WMLauncher failed. Anyone else having this issue?

I just installed Windows Live now it's syncing just fine.

I'd post a separate query in the TP2 forums but I don't know the origins of the particular lock screen used in the SsS r7 build.

I check my hotmail without windows live. When you enter the information, just type the email address wrong (I do @hotmaila.com) then enter pop3.live.com; smtp.live.com; outgoing uses authentication, and make sure your username includes the @hotmail.com. When it's done setting up (it won't move you to windows live) you can go back and fix the email address to the correct one.

That's if you don't want to use live.

I'm getting a random nasty crash. When I go to reply to an SMS I and I pull put the keyboard, the phone completely freezes and crashes and I have to remove the battery to reboot it. Is anyone experiencing this as well?

kinda off topic because s3 is a 6.5 rom... but what exactly are the big differences between wm 6.5.3 and 6.5.5?? i haven't used a 6.5.x rom in a while since i've been using s3 and just wondering what has changedin those newer wm builds...

yes i am and i wish i knew whats causing it i dont have a lot of texts and i have tried no cab., and different combinations of cabs but its still happens. maybe some how we could turn the gsensor off in text messaging i dont know its just an idea

It's definitely an annoying problem. The ROM is great other than the text crashes and the RAM usage. I start at 50% used and eventually get up to 70% to 79%. I've tried many ROMS that claimed to be fast and light, but most all of them do the exact same thing (start at half, then get up to 80%). I think it might just be Windows.

The phone crashing when pulling out keyboard with SMS open has been discussed in this thread before. If I remember correctly it's not a ROM specific issue and it happens when you pull out the keyboard before the texts in the SMS thread you're reading haven't finished loading before you pull out the keyboard.

I haven't had this issue myself because I always either let the SMS thread fully load before sliding out the keyboard, or I don't go into SMS until I slide out the keyboard (if I know I'm going to be typing alot).
