I also just had the phone not wake up issue. Had to soft rest to get it back.

This is the version with out HTC Messaging.

I'm looking at the issue, and some other people are as well. As i'm pretty sure it's the SYS version as nothing really changed package wise between this one and the old one that would have caused this, and since it's across carriers, it obviously is pointing to something with the SYS, I will release a Hotfix for the issue if it can be fixed without having to recook. If it has to be recooked, i will update.

I had rhe same sleep issue that others are mentioning.

If it hleps out at all, I had the same issue with the most recent SSS ROM (used that while I was waiting for your update) and thought it was his ROM.

I was using his 21892 sys.

Great! glad you got it working

Now here's how to take it one step further. Go to edit your sig again. Click on the image to select/highlight it, then click on the globe image for insert link and put in the url for the rom thread. Then people can click on it, and it will direct/link them to the thread

Yes, that is the newest com2 build i have the SYS but haven't built with it yet, looks like MS must have fudged something in these latest 2 builds with the backlight again.

Boom! It seems like new SYS files come out every day now. Before anyone really figures out the bugs with one, it's on to the next. The rat race. I'll bet if someone were to get back to the 'mostly' native Rhodium files, and get them to work w/ the 2011/2012 manila and Topaz v drivers, that their DONATE button would get worn slam out.

BOOM!! Not true, new SYS's do not come out every day, LOL. And some bugs can't be caught before release, as one person may not have the issue and another might, just like i have not had the sleep/wakeup issue, nor have i had the taskbar issue. BOOM!! LOL And believe me, the donate button IS NOT why i make these ROM's, nor the reason behind making them, but i'm glad you think it is

Been running the 23534 sense 2.5 without htc messaging.
First time I flashed it, pulled battery, hard reset and ran through the provisioning/uc tool without soft reset after sprint provision, I was getting random freezes, WM start wouldn't show up, email wouldn't show up, changing from portrait to landscape to portrait caused bottom task bar to NOT relocate back to the bottom of the screen.

I decided to try again. this time I flashed, pulled battery for longer (about 3 minutes), did the soft reset after sprint provisioning cab asked to. Then I ran the UC tool to install the rest of my cabs. This time it worked much better. Haven't ran into any problems yet. Incoming ring works, usb to pc works, email works, location/weather works, gmaps location gps works (though I did have to let it acquire satellites before clicking the my location icon), so far so good.

I updated the uc tool from 2.0 to 2.1 for wider UC compatibility. It'll dig into the auto section of SASHIMI directories on the storage card, for those of you who use SASHIMI. It seems to work for most cabs I've tried. The one with problems is pocket informant. If you only install pocket informant one time with the UC tool, then you won't see this problem. But if you try to RE-INSTALL pocket informant, it will seem to hang. The problem is that pocket information puts up a EULA screen for you to click Agree to, before it can show up the screen saying you've installed it and asks if you want to re-install. If this happens, just press the WM start button, go to task manager and end the uc tool task. Then you'll see the pocket information install dialog show up asking if you want to re-install. At that point you can say yes and it will install fine, or you can say no and cancel the install without problems.

Are you kidding me? Dibbs is ALWAYS on top of shit and always available unlike a lot of other chefs who seem to think they are above responding to their users comments on their forums.
Anyway, Dibbs, I am having issues with the phone locking up, usually after texting. It always gets hung in landscape after texting and tends to lock up afterwards. Any ideas bro? I want this fixed before I hit the donate button! lol

Thanks for the nice words in the first paragraph.

As far as the issues, it's weird people are having so much trouble as i seriously haven't experienced those. But, The only thing I can say is maybe everyone should just revert back to 23529 until I can get 23534 straightened out. People seemed to not have problems at first and then it's been a flurry of issues like all the snow lately, LOL. Anyways, I updated post 1 and relinked the 23529 SYS to the Titanium and Sense 2.5 links. the HTC Messaging one is still 23534 as i don't have a 23529 version of that. Hopefully I will have an update soon. If people don't mind not having threaded email. You can try 25005 SYS if you would like, voice your opinions on that last bit about 25005.
