Hi everyone
I noticed Sprint, Verizon and USC in ROMs in the first post. My question is...Will this work for Telus if i use a provisioner cab or am i out of luck?
thanks

Hey, just try getting up at 4:30, flying coast to coast to San Francisco sitting between to guys named "Bubba", then have to give a presentation an hour and a half after you land...had to do that last week!

I don't have Telus carrier files to cook in unfortunately or i would. I have often thought of dropping the Verizon and USCC ROMs and just running blank and letting everyone run provisioning cabs (chime in everyone if you like this idea). But a provisioning cab for telus "should" overwrite whats already cooked in there, at worst you would just have to reflash. Only way you could brick the phone (that i am aware of) is if you somehow erased/damaged the boot loader so you couldn't get to the boot loader to flash again, or physically damage the phone.

I need to either revert to an older version that works better as it seems to be hit or miss for some people on this one, or find a newer version which i have looked for but have yet to find.

Anyways, just got back, gonna settle in for an hour or so, and then i'll start dropping some info and files on ya.

Dibbson, I need some help. Where do you set the download size for sms/mms? When I received a 596k message it would not download and gave me the error that the receiving size limitation download limitation I had specified had been exceeded???

Thanks for the quick reply!

Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem????

I checked the registry before the "fix" and it showed the 5120000 limits, same after???

I wonder did I do something that might have screwed it up???

Should I reflash???

Thanks
