im still on first boot after 10 minutes, ive flashed this twice too...how long does the UC take? the progress bar is hardly moving at all.

Did you read all the instructions on the UC in post 2? If not, take a look there first, especially if your installing cabs. If your installing cabs that ask you to restart, then you need to read the instructions because you need to have those cabs in a specific folder. Did you press the exit button?, or try pressing the home hardware key?

anyone else have random problems when the backlight is off for a period of time it takes a while for the phone to recover or sometimes the backlight button doesn't work? I usually have to hit the end key a few times and then hit the backlight key and wait 10 seconds. I notice when I wake up in the morning and it's plugged in, the time and everything is still when I turned the screen off and it usually takes about 15 seconds to recover, change the time and show the new email notification. It seems like it hibernates instead of just turning the screen off.

why cant i install cabs after installing this rom? i click on them and they will not load at all? what if i don't want to load all cabs at first boot? i may want to install them later.

I have no problems installing cabs, just tried a couple cabs from my storage card from file explorer and through the UC app just to try. Are you trying to install from file explorer or using the UC app?

what message is it giving you when you click on the cab? santod's bg4all should work fine, you might get a white screen until you set a wallpaper though, but that is normal.

In regards to the updater app. All categories are now fully functional with nice graphics for the wallpaper, tsk, and rom categories. Taskbar and cabs are just the ftp page. Only thing left to do is upload rom nbh's for each carrier so it links to the picture in the updater app rom category selection screen, which will happen with the next update (which is soon), so it will download the RHODIMG.nbh to your device and then all you have to do is reset your device into bootloader mode. Also need to add more cabs and taskbars to the ftp directory. But that should happen sometime today, other than getting a few more files on the FTP the updater app upgrade is done. Now on to adjusting some graphics for the rom. The changes I implemented for the updater will automatically update on your updater app when you start it.
