yes the original 2.5 manila port was in last nights kitchen, just not enabled by default. I will get the new one and try it out WHEN IT IS RELEASED. We are still waiting for it. Yes it does feel very squished but maybe that is only because I have run it on a WVGA screen..

Download last nights kitchen and see for yourself. all you need to do is move manila_files into ext\unused and ext\unused\manila_files_2.5 into ext\baseline. It will run without all those dependencies but some things do not work. You are more than welcome to get the kitchen and start replacing 2.1 deps with 2.5 ones until works, but this will not be easy.. I think it would be best if we just wait for 1920...

replace baseline\manila_files with manila_files_2.5

it can go wherever, just make sure manila_files has been moved to unused (or deleted if you never want it again)

We will have to replace manila_dependiences_2.5 in baseline too

ideally yeah but it doesnt work. it will work with the old dependencies, but some stuff like htc bookmark, various other things won't work. as I said you can then try to move some of the things from manila_dependencies_2.5 into the mix, but remove what it is replacing. like remove the old mhub and replace with the one from the 2.5

thanks! sharkie have you tried cooking manila 2.5 yet? btw.. I'm the titanium paramedic, not doctor lol. paramedic came from the fact that I do a lot of CPR work (the files that control how titanium looks have a CPR extension) ... lame joke but it makes me chuckle

oops! Will fix! I haven't tried yet. I work all day today. I downloaded it early this morning, but it wont' be till late when I get to play.
