I downloaded one I thought you posted but it was green... I would be willing to replace fingerkeyboard with a nice ezinput 2.0..

did you also replace the carrier with a VZW one?

which kitchen are you using?

edit: I dont have my VZW TP with me at the moment, but when I get home I can see what it takes to make it boot on VZW, I didnt think I changed much in that department, oh wait, I am using dcd sprint carrier now, that is the only thing that has changed that would effect it.

No I did not replace the carrier I will give that a try.

I am using the 11/24 kitchen

Ok I tried to replace the carrier package and get a runtime error about the platformbuilder, what would be the best way to replace that?

You can go to options tab in the FingerKB screen and select a toggle with the "Lng Button" option near the bottom. Now when you hold "En/ Arrow" key at the Left lower KB, it will toggle to Letters/numbers.

the nice thing about this KB is that once you set it up, you just save setting and restore the text file to get them back with each new ROM...

thanks for that info! it worked! that is sweet. I know about the config files as I have some customizations cooked in and you can bet this one will be added!

I used the carrier from calkulins latest.
