then establish activesync connection and open the file you just downloaded and the flashing process will begin.

when you're done flashing the official rom, you have to relock it. download the cdma relocker here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503, then establish activesync connection and open the relocker

i was unlocking my phone (the HTC Touch Pro 2 <sprint>) and I was using a Diamond unlocker , but during the process there was a connection error and now my phone seems to be bricked. I can't get it to even turn on, get to a bootloader screen, or anything even remotely close.
The one odd thing that it does though, is when I connect it to my computer, it pops up and my computer recognizes there is a device there. In my Device Manager there is an unknown device called: Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM. I have tried every combination of two buttons, including holding down the reset button with all of them, but nothing gets me anywhere.
If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it. there's eny way to save it???

Need some help here...I upgraded to the TP2 and gave my TP to my wife. It's still unlocked but cannot flash anything to it?!?! I tried flashing via Activesync and Thru the storage card but nothing is working. I can get to bootloader but it won't recognize the RAPHIMG.nbh file on the card. When I go via PC method, it hangs in the grey loading screen at 0% until the error/failure message comes up....Please give me something to try here???

The grey loading screen only comes on when it's trying to load a RAPHIMG.nbh file off the mem card. So, when you are flashing via computer, you need to move that file from the root of the mem card so that it doesn't interfere with the flashing via computer.
what rom are you trying to flash? what is all the info on the bootloader screen?

I have one of those refurbished phones from sprint and when I try to unlock of flush the pone it acts like its doing it but it only takes like 5 seconds to go from 0% to 100% and it wont unlock of flush the rom. Does anybody know what ‘s going on? I tried win xp pro and win7, same thing happens

The unlocking process goes real quick like you decribed. Did you follow these steps and verify that it's unlocked per this post http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503?
