I have not tried the aGPS tweak that was linked. I don't even have aGPS turned on.

From a cold start it takes about 13 seconds for the GPS to get a lock with at least 5+ sats. After the cold start i can close google maps and when i reopen it the GPS is synced by the time the App loads.

Thanks m00nd0g, good data point. Even though you've got aGPS off, could you compare that part of your registry to those above & note any differences? Thanks.

I bumped mine up to 710MHz on my Sprint TP. Seems to be running well. I wish the internal memory clocked up with the CPU. Not sure how the GPU affects performance as most things don't seem very accelerated on the TP, ESPECIALLY in landscape where I see tearing all the time.

Help! lol. This is my first post here. I just did my first ROM upgrade on my Sprint TP. I bought the phone a couple weeks ago and have been lurking here and xda since.

My trouble is, after I installed the rom, everything looks fine in portrait, but when I pull out the keyboard, the screen is cut off, like it's set for WVGA, not VGA. Is there a way to change this? or do I just live with it with this Rom?

BTW, when I go into wallpaper settings, everything is 800x480 as well. Sense displays and works correctly, as well as most programs, its just WM stuff not showing up correctly.

edit - I'm an idiot. soft reset fixed everything. i love new version of manila, and titanium is sweet too!

Incorrect, both 21xxx Standard & 24xxx Standard will look virtually identical when using Sense. The 21xxx & 24xxx Reference ROMs are closer to stock without most of the NRG styling & mods. The Reference ROMs just don't get updated often since there's little demand for them.

Not 100% sure if this is the right place to post this but...

I ran Task29 on my TP2 due to some funky behavior. Everything seemed to go ok. Once complete, came to the black 'Touch Pro 2' screen. I removed the battery, booted up with volume down/top power button to get to bootloader screen. Once there, I connected with USB and tried to flash latest GTX NRG ROM. (I've been running many rev's of GTX over the past few months, like it a lot).

Once I click 'Hermann_CustomRUU', flash gets to 1%, then fails with the following message:

Error 244: Invalid Model ID
SqtL-RIQG9567-HUEbc568-RBRK./01*
Click 'Exit' to quit

I re-Task29'd, tried many different NRG ROMs, all with the same end-results.

Any advice here?
