Need some help guys...I'm on an old (Pre June?) version of NRG. I had to reactivate my TP after my Evo had a nasty encounter with some water balloons (long story). Anyway, I got it up and running just fine - but I keep getting Error 67 and no data. I've had calls/texting since last night, but still no data.

How/Where would I find the Data Profile Update in this version of NRG? If memory serves me correctly some things were moved around and not in their normal WinMo loactions...help, please!

I remember this thread blowing up everyday now we're lucky to see a couple replies a day. Friends of the strong demand in the machine has only carried out under the NRGZ28 these three updates. Friends looks to the future given directly to NRGZ28 pages download web site address, and publish pages posted in NRGZ28ROM give support and increase the confidence to continue to release ROM. To tell the truth NRGZ28 is the world's most productive and the most diligent of the most serious ROM constantly bring new friends to experience the machine. Machine understanding and support of friends, is the largest ROM of power, therefore, hope that everyone ROM of more understanding and support.

2stepn, under tools there is carrier provisioning.. Or like me I install 2 arksoft cab files to get me cricket MMS/WAP all up and running..

Been on the 17th and it does seem a bit faster, honestly the 14th was soo off the hook I couldn't tell much of a difference.. I did the tast29 before flashing and only locked up once last night while I was: sending a MMS; receiveing a MMS; alll while watching a video... Ya, I kind of asked for it though.. lol.. So far all is well! I guess I gotta figure out the XUDC? backup thing.. Been easier for me to just install my cabs, but now there is a good list of them lol..

Anyhow to all I think the new ROM is working great..

I thought I would try the Maxsense just for the fun of it and already thinking that I would not like it. But I was wrong! Different look and feel but just as functional.

So far so good. No hangs and it's running much faster then the last two or three 21XXX Cookie ROMs that I tried. To install I first installed stock, then new ROM, and then hard reset before setting up anything on the new ROM.

Thanks! Now looking forward to updates on MaxSense.

You will have to flash BACK to stock and do a number of things. - This HAS to be done on stock:

1) Install net framework
2) Install Bafmsl
3) Run it (It's in the folder BAF tools) to get your unlock code. Write it down
4) Then diall ##786# Then select Menu > Reset. This where the unlock code comes in.
5) After the hard reset Make sure you are disconnected from the computer if you are.
Go to Start>System>Settings Update your profile and prl.

Enjoy your EV signal showing on your phone again. Then flash back to rom of your desires.

No.

I try it does its thing...then I still get the error. When I re-open the app all the sliders (Sprint, VZW, etc...) are grayed out and set to off. I try and re-apply Sprint and get the same thing.

I only need the phone for 5-7 business days until my new Evo gets here, but data would be nice!

I'm tempted to do the flash dance, but I don't want to go through that rigamaroll just to get data to work.

Called advanced tech support and ##3282# to access the menus doesn't even work.

EDIT: And I get the Ev symbol - and weather on the home screen (wtf?) but continually get the Error 67 popup.
