I know it sounds weird, but it happens with all the ROMs. As usual, I always do the "flash dance". I always use RUU. It started happening when I flashed to Oct 8 ROM.
at that time, I only needed 5 times or so to finish the align screen. And then I flashed back to stock room to upgrade to Nov 10 ROM, it started to happen. I had to do over 30+ times to pass the screen.
And now, it stucks. LOL.
The + sign is moving when I tap on it (in the middle of + sign), but when I tap on the right top corner (last corner), the + sign returns back to the middle of the screen and I have to start tapping again and again.

So weird.

Maybe your screen is crapping out? It'd be a good opportunity to maybe upgrade to a TP2. Flash back to stock, relock, and go to the repair center and just tell them you hard reset because your phone was being slow or something. Just make something up and show them that it won't go past that screen. They'll think it fritzed and either try to fix it, replace it with a TP, or a TP2, depending on what stock levels are at, I reckon. Personally, I'd miss my camera flash if I had a TP2. But I bet a EnergyROM on a WVGA screen is sick!

anyone else use magicall? I never had any issues installing it until today's rom. running latest Version 2.2.2 | Jan-4-2009 it installs fine but when you launch the app it errors out with "the servic did not start"

I have HR and got the same error, will flash dance if ya'll think it may help, but I did that at the top of this install.

I'm not sure if it has been mentioned yet... Is it possible that one of the site veterans can create a cab to map contacts to the windows dialer? Or maybe a Tachi dialer disable cab like we used to have that is updated for 2.5?

I am running EnergyROM_23088_HERMAN_13.Nov.2009_StandardM2.5. Can't seem to get windows live functioning with stock or update from marketplace. When I tap windows live with sense off, nothing at all happens. just blank page, live will not open. Anyone know a workaround or solution. Got previous releases to work by disabling sense, then running live. Not working now, though.

Any ideas, anyone?

I'll run both new builds for a few days.

- Both builds are unable to turn vibrate off for keyboard, home key etc...

I'll provide more feedback as I use them.

the fixOperaFlash seems not to be working on all the Manila 2.5 builds, it's a pity 'cause it was working so well with all the previous builds. anyone else has this bug or i'm the only one, and anybody have any idea to get its working, i'd appreciate it. Swear to God, I have tried soft reset, hard reset, re-flash, etc ..... and none of them works.

I now stuck with that screen grrrrrrr. I have tried over 100 times, and still at that screen. LOL. . Perhaps, I will have to bring it to Sprint to swap a new one.

Not sure if you got a reply on this but I had the same issue. I had to flash back the stock ROM and then re-flash to to the EnergyROM
