I don't think Flash is enabled/supported in Opera...so you might not be able to view from there. You can try another browser, perhaps, with Flash support.

Just assign your contacts from your photo album where the pictures are stored. Find the picture you want as the call ID pic and tap it and assign it from the album. Your pictures should be as clear as they were when you seen them from the photo album.
