I recently flashed the 10/25 and applied the fixes, but I noticed that if I set a password on the lock screen, after some time and trying to use the device, it just sits at a blank screen, and I have to restart. Anybody having this issue?

Re: |H|ROM|6.5.1|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Photon' (23081/21864) ** | Oct 25th | Manila 2.1
Well, i downloaded the "EnergyROM_21864_HERMAN_03.Nov.2009_StandardM2.5.ra r 136.4Mb" download today, 4 times now, doing the same thing that multiple people tried. I am totally confused since some are getting the infinite "Touch Pro" screen, and some are getting it working like it should. I did the flash dance from the stock Touch Pro ROM, and didn't help.
Last time i downloaded and tried was about an hour ago (11:42pm now). And for the record, i don't mean to sound ansie, but out of 49 posts, and maybe 5-6 responses, that's pretty darn low %. With another alias, i am considered a VERY known helpful person (ie-Worldrave in the FoF community), and even with this handle, i am always known as a very helpful person in the XBMC community, but jeez, i am the farthest from a lazy person when it comes to doing when i am supposed to, to the farthest extent. And being nothing more then trying to help out here with beta testing. If you can't give any support to a beta tester, trying to help find and fix bugs, what do you really have??? Yes, i couldn't do it without honestly, as i keep the last fast version on my stick to use as a backup in case of any corruption. I don't know what else to do though, as i have tried every normal option.

So you've re-downloaded=Check Flash dance=Check Stock flashed fine, right? And you did the hard-reset shenanigans? Are you able to flash to another NRG build? Are you able to flash to any other custom ROM? |

Well, i have been downloading all day for the past 7-8 hours since it was announced (not even in this thread initially, but the 2.5 touchflo thread.)
I am now downloaded yet again the new link, as it's already a new filesize, and see how that goes, but yeah, i've re-downloaded, flash danced til my feet hurt (LOL), hard-reset a few times or more, and reflashing to the 21864 i have on my mem stick works fine EVERY time i have tried (2-3 times today after each attemp from each flash dance / nov.3rd flash.) I am hoping redownloading the newER version works. I have noticed in a oct.23rd version of 21864 it was doing the same thing honestly, and waiting and redownloading later with a noticably different filesize, worked the 2nd time around. |
