well, from what I hear, Sprints "4G" isn't really 4G, it's more lie 3.5G, but I'm not sure on this, again, just what I've heard. Rev-B isn't operational yet, Rev-A is the best you can get right now, at least, what I've heard...

Duly noted, and it has been addressed . . . quite a few pages back. There's .cab files and fixes for the issue.

Another tasty little info nugget for you.. If you access EPST, you can modify a Data setting to enable Rev-A on the Sprint Touch PRO. I would assume you can do this on other carriers as well, but I have no confirmation.

Found another 6.5.1 taskbar over at xda. I ran it and I wasnt happy with it but that's just me, maybe you'll like it. It is a whole package with icons, wait cursor (FUGLY! IMO), and enhanced folders (seen in Total Commander for example). I personally like bilbobrians better but here's a screenshot of the metal black ones. There is a color package on the thread too. There are multiple cabs to install, the package, the CDMA fix cab, and sdkcerts cab if it isnt already cooked in by nrgz (not sure so I ran the cab)
Another issue was it seemed to mess with my bottom tray of icons like it got rid of the trashcan for Delete in mail but maybe that was just me too. Enjoy.

Can anyone summarise the difference between 23071 and 23081? Pros and cons? I made the jump to 23071 and couldnt get used to using Showcase to fill in for the absent taskbar task manager. Is 23081 the same?

'081 is more stable overall but it's still not "Energy Stable" some users are having trouble with GPS though there appear to be fixes, and the messaging freezes from '071 are still present but less frequent. I cant swear to that because I only spent a short time with '071.
There is a task manager in '081 with a long press of the send key, dont know if it was there in '071.
