I wouldn't SASHIMI the 2.5 Manila ROMs until you played with them first to see what works and what doesn't...it's completely new and about half of my sashimi settings needed to be removed.

While I haven't tried it, is Touch Pro Tweeks still in the ROM for the remapping of the soft keys? Might give it a go.

For hardware keyboard stuff - try installing a different softkeyboard. That's the same issue we had on the last ROM release. Installing a different version of EZInput fixed the problem. Some are linked in this thread or my Guide.

I also don't know if it's 2.5 specific, but I've only been able to do Internet Sharing by using the program icon, not by selecting the option when I connect the USB [like when it says "active sync" or "data connection" or "internet sharing"]. I just connect the device, then go to the Internet Sharing Icon...it usually launches and connects fine. ...I'll need to confirm it's busted in 2.5.

Yea, I figured you were the mod dude to ask. I've seen some very nice packages for WVGA. I assume since the VGA 2.5 is relatively new, like all of the other past releases, it will just be a matter of time. ...but I'm on the hunt for a white flip clock.

...and yea, I had to put 2.5 down for now. I think it can all be fixed or worked around, but with 10/28 being so stable and awesome, I may hold for the next 2.5 release.

That just figures. Everybody in this forum gave me a hard time because I was disappointed that we were NEVER going to get 2.5 and that I just needed to get a better phone with a WVGA display. Well I did. TP2 came in the mail today. Now I see that 2.5 has been brought to the TP. Oh well. I LOVE the TP2 and I'm downloading the LEO rom right now. Keep Rockin NRGZ! I'd try this new Rom, but it's time to move up in the world.

Most likely not as that is a feature of the newer builds of WinMo.


I'm having trouble downloading the builds, WinRAR and 7zip both complain that the img file is broken and quit unzipping. Anyone else seeing this?

Just noticed I have no ringer I can set it and it plays sound but when I use my office phone to call the screen shows I have a call coming in but no sound or vibration comes out of phone.

The 21864 version has the Start at the top since it is a 6.5 ROM and not 6.5.1.

21864 is the old style start menu. (6.5)
23081 is the new style start menu. (unofficially called 6.5.1)
