Don't know of any " stable " manilla 2.5 roms for the CDMA TP because the manilla 2.5 isn't fully done yet for the TP.
You can flash one but it probably won't be as stable as NRG rom.

with as much pissin and moanin nrg gets with the 2.1 manila, and that one is pretty stable, what makes you think he wants to hear it with 2.5? Are you really into punishing NRG that much?

Well mine has ben good and it never was anything that I installed. My phone hard reset itself when the power went out and then came back on. The weirdest thing I have ever seen. But it hard reset itself but had all the programs I installed still in it. Custom task bar and everything but it went through the process as if I was flashing a new ROM.

And sometimes when i use the slider to answer a call, it slides all the way over, but it doesn't answer the call and everything freezes. I have to wait until the person hangs up, then i can call them back. I tried a reflash, and a hard reset. Didn't fix the problem. i flashed my wife's phone and her's has the same problem.

It's the Tachi dialer, not the ROM. (not saying anyone is blaming the ROM) The fix (as Threefaces, myself, and others have said) is patience. Trying to disconnect a call while the screen says dialing (regardless of an actual connection or not) can result in the crash. So either wait and extra half second before hitting the soft end key, or try using the hard end key which appears more stable. Not criticizing anyone but is this really an issue? How many accidental calls/panic hang ups are you experiencing?
Patience can also help those whose S2A appears to "get stuck". Wait a second or two without hitting any other buttons and see if the call connects. I have not had that issue but Threefaces has said when it has happened to him he waited it out and most times, the call connected anyway.
Just to be sure; for anyone having dialer issues please check the following registry entry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\ConnMgr\Planner\Settings\S uspendResume

If the SuspendResume value is ANYthing besides #777 this is very likely the cause of your dialer issues. Set it back to #777 and you should be golden.
Hope that helps.

Edit:The reg edit HELPS with the S2A issues (can, does nothing for the "panic hang up"

So here is my input on the dialer thing. I currently have the setting for suspendresume to #777. My issue is that sometimes on accidental calls I hit the Physical End Call button and it will crash and still be in the call. I end up just cutting my losses and soft reseting. Just FYI.

In your case where it's not the registry, the fix is easy-don't accidentally call anyone jk. Seriously, I know it's a specific situation where you dont want the call to connect but waiting a second longer before you end the call should take care of it. The few times I've had this happen the crash sent me back to the Home screen. I was able to get back into the phone program via the Send key. Push it one time and wait, that did it for me. If I rushed it and pushed multiple buttons/keys the phone wouldn't play nice. Hope that saves you a soft reset or two.
