I see a lot of ROMs advertising 6.5 native client, but with different 6.5 build numbers. I was thinking it meant final client but with the different build numbers that doesn't seem to make sense.

Can anyone explain better and would there be advantages to native versus what NRG has in here... simply from a 6.5 perspective not the entire rom perspective. Thanks.

anybody else having trouble making outgoing calls when roaming??? updated pri and prl but it still doesnt work.

when i am in roam and attempt to make a call, the dialer sits there then just disappears. anybody else notice this? any solutions?

I like this ROM. Is there anything to do for the battery drains so fast comparing with the other once that I used. I had a phone call this morning and the battery was on 26% after the call.

be sure to recalibrate the battery with the new rom. it may take a couple cycles to regain its mind again.

First thing....Gladto hear you like the ROM. NRGZ28 makes the best ROM out there..PERIOD, so you have came to a good place! WELCOME.

Second thing, go up a couple posts to the dude himself ThreeFaces post regarding his guide for this ROM. The link to the guide is in his sig. The guide is the bomb diggity for getting the EnergyROM tricked the frick out! In his guide he has several things for battery life. Lumos is your friend dude! Read the guide!

Third thing, search this thread. YES I KNOW it is over 1000 pages of beauty, BUT it with holds the ansewrs to just about any question regarding this ENERGYROM we all love!

I have had battery issues as well but i installed Lumos (back light program) and it seemed to help out a lot.

phone calls are the biggest drain IMO of all. if you were on it for 2 hours i would expect a 75% or so drain like that.

Calls are big drainers...who uses there phone as a phone anyways??? JK sometimes I do. I improved batter life as well by switching radios. I was running the stock radio and even with Lumos and a few reg edits 7 tweaks was stil draining more rapidly than I liked, so I gave the radio a try........WOW what a difference. To verify that I wasn't just loving a placebo, I reflashed the stock radio and used it awhile again. It was clear to me after one day that my stock radio was a battery hog versus the other that I had used.

It all depends on signal strength, time roaming and such, so the only way to find a radio that will help YOU out is to experiment with others until you find what works for YOU. I can say without any doubt that radio has a huge affect on battery, wether being used to talk or pick up data.
