CRAP!! reinstalled voice command a few days ago and everything was working fine. I also installed AEB Plus to map the ap to a hard key and it worked fine all day yesterday. I just tried mapping it to a different button and it froze after the soft reset. The phone was stuck on the initial touch pro screen with the radio info and stuff. So i pulled the battery out, waited 30 seconds, put the battery back in and it started to perform something similar to a hard reset where the rom was being reinstalled. I lost all my information and also noticed that it didnt look the same as the first install. Tried syncing but PC would not recognize the phone. As a last resort, I performed another hard reset. I am reinstalling all the extra cabs to get it where it was 2hours ago and had to use sync data from 2 weeks ago. BE CAREFUL with this combination and in hindsight, sync as often as possible.

Can someone help em enable tachi dailer. I disabled it with the cab on page two or three but because i cannot speed dail, i would like to have it back.. Please post a cab or let me know what i have to do to enable it (except for hard set) please.

Goto Start/Settings/System/Remove Programs, and uninstall Tachi Disabler, then Goto Start/Utilities/Tweaks/TouchPro Tweaks. Once you are in here, go to Section 1.8 Phone Pad Style. Change the setting to Diamond (per default) (Default). Do a soft Reset, and that should bring you back to the Tachi Dialer.

I know you asked root, but FWIW, I'm at 55% right now (nothing open) with two mem hogs (from what I've read) installed, S2U2, Galarm. I've seen it as high as 70%.

When I am checking my voicemail, the screen goes black once the call is placed. Then I am prompted to enter my password. So I have to hit the top button to turn the screen on, and then hit the slider to bring the keypad up, and then if im lucky I get the password in before the screen goes black again.

Then after I listen to a voicemail, the screen is black before I can hit 7 to delete, or 1 to progress to the next messsage, and the process starts all over again.

I love everything else, except I cant figure out how to adjust this. I am sure its in the "in call power manager" settings, but I cant find much support for what each oddly named setting actually does... any and all help is appreciated

Again, should be an easy Tweak Fix. You should be able to solve this by going to Start/Utilities/Tweaks/TouchPro Tweaks.
Sections:
1.1 Fast Sleep (Disabled)
1.2 Sleep (Disallow)
1.3 Light Sensor (Disabled)

That should take care of this for you, and yes, any time your screen is black, you should be able to hit the center directional button, and it should lite the screen back up. I rather keep my settings like this, and then if I need to shut the light off while I am on the phone, I just press the light button at the top of the phone.

whaaaaaaat? ive seen roms that dont go over 50% and stays that way!

Always using this device for any number of things.
30+ games plus countless apps.
Device runs silky smooth.
That was 9/5 release.

Just jumped to 9/6 for the heck of it and it seems even faster and smoother.
