It is like 25 bucks and worth it if it really does a full backup and it appears that it does.
With a full backup and Sashimi I don't feel I have any need to worry with flashing. LOL

I also keep roms on my PC or backed up to DVD just in case.

EVERY ROM which I have flashed which is WM6.5 has this behavior. I think probably WM6.1 as well. Seems like I remember reading about a change to the program itself. The one in the stock ROM is different to my knowledge. Haven't been able to find that version in a cab. I have tried to modify the registry creating a scroll reg for RSS Hub but it didn't work.
I guess, like me you'll have to get used to using the scrollbar.
it is because touchflo scrolling drivers are no longer used in lieu of the new kinetic 6.5scrolling there was one instance where you could cook both in and they would coexist but there are so many driver versions that it ends up causing more problems for cooks. so scrolling will be back when those apps are updated for 6.5

What? You can't just scroll on the screen with your finger either?
Works great here.
I don't use the scroll bar.

Feel like I am in the Twilight Zone or something. (00)

What version of the rom are you using and are you having any other issues?
Try removing RSS and re-installing it.
I can scroll through the feed just fine, its only when i click on a specific one that it acts weird. I'm using the previous version of the ROM and I have no idea how to remove an app built into the ROM and I don't have a CAB to reinstall it. Thank you for your feedback. Hopefully when I flash the new one this weekend that will fix it.

Ok, let me try to understand this.
You can scroll through the channels fine.
Once you click on a channel can you then scroll to the individual feed or what does it do?
Acts up on the feed at "Read more Online" screen?

What is the issue?

I just don't understand how half these people have SOOOOO Many problems. I mean, yeah, I have to tweak a thing or two, here and there, but geez, I'm amazed that some people figured out how to get their phones out of the box. It has to be something yer doing wrong people, otherwise, EVERYONE would have the same problem if it were the ROM. I even read 20 or so pages back, that this ROM Bricked some dudes phone, and then he Unbricked it. HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA How the hell do you unbrick a phone??? Once its a brick, thats it, Its over johnny, shell out some money for a new phone. So come on people, don't be so damn quick to blame it on the ROM, and take a look at what you are doing.

Re: |HERM|ROM|6.5|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Genesis' (23016) ** | Built Sep 6th | Manila 2.

Was it working before the Radio change?
If so then it is possible.

What may have happened and I can't be sure.
Sometimes files get written into the radio memory area.
Why does that cause problems?
Well if the files that you need for something were written there and then you updated the radio it may have over written those files and caused those problems.
Just a guess.

Did you do a stock flash before going to NRG?
The reason that is important is because a stock flash includes the radio and it will put everything in the right memory location.

Try a stock flash and then update the radio before going to NRG and see if that fixes the problem.
