Figured out my problem.
It doesn't like user setting a different wallpaper while using the panoramic wallpapers.
That is cool I guess because I can just make my own panoramic wallpaper and have it use my wallpaper as the main wallpaper.

Problem solved and it wasn't even a problem.
It was user error and misunderstanding on my part.

You guys need to try it.

doest anyone know how to remove the 1% battery increment from this rom, i preffer the 10% anyone know what file to delete are what registry entry to revert it back to stock

You have to remove the nuepower battery driver
