I have the person good fortune of living in a city in the default database, but after looking at the FAQ in the Manila 2.1 thread it seems you may find what you need with this weather app here, and you should also take this into consideration:

Thanks, I appreciate the effort, I too went there first but was slightly intimidated by the effort of editing a manila file and the reg entry. Hoping for a simple editor or cab. If anyone comes across one for us small town boys let us know...... Oh and go Broncos
