I actually just documented everything I did yesterday when I flashed the new build. I can try and upload a Word doc if that'll work. It wasn't a cab conflict - I use the same set up every time, since the earlier builds in June. I also had lock ups on a fresh flash of NRG without any cabs - I experimented a ton to try and resolve it. As soon as I did the above - going back to Stock - I haven't had a single lock up. Prior to that I was getting a couple a day.

EDIT: here's a PDF doc...I took the reg edits and fixes out and just left in the steps I took to configure the device and install cabs.

The latest version of your rom is another breath of fresh air. Perhaps the most stable and bugless I have tried of all your previous productions so far. You continue to impress me by improving your rom and I am certain many will agree with me on that. As far as I am concern you are the undisputed champion chef of CDMA Devices ROMs. Using your rom truly makes my TP experience a whole lot more pleasant. I`ve made a donation to your site as a token of my appreciation for all your hard work. Keep up the good work bro and many thanks again for sharing!

Dude, you need to use SASHIMI. It can automate the whole process for you. I only found out about it last week. But it makes re-flashing a whole ton easier. It is mentioned in post #1 as well. PM me if you have any Q's about it, since starting the whole process is fresh in my head.

Thanks dude! I have in fact looked into the program, just haven't really gotten into it yet. I know it will make the whole little process a "flash". ...although, I do like going step by step to try and identify bugs and potential causes for errors.

Yeah.. that's what I thought too. Dont know why the BT icon woudlnt show with the regular dialer, unless someone tried installing the Tachi Dialer on top of it.

I need to know if I am the only one experiencing my device randomly powering down and soft-resetting itself. I did raise this issue previously but no body seems to have concurred...- I did a re-flashed the rom twice already and here I am on a third time and the problem still persist. I hope NRGZ can take a look into this, in case others are experiencing similar issue. Nonetheless, this issue doesn`t change my opinion about this rom being the best by far out there. Thanks

I am new to the whole thing. i just want to thank you NRGZ28 and everyone else as you all have made it very easy to understand and do. You have made me enjoy my touch pro again. To think I almost traded it for the palm pre cause I was board. NRGZ you have done an amazing job please keep them coming.

Also a quick question on touchflo, I can't find the option to turn it off to get the curtain to work.

START BUTTON - SETTINGS - TODAY - then click on the "Items" Tab - you may need to scroll down and de-select TouchFLO 3D. Then press the "ok" or close out. TouchFLO will shut down. Now you can do whatever config you want to it. When you're done...same proceedure to turn it back on.
