it is a multi-notification icon.
the SMS looks like a cloud as well. Has nothing to do with "low signal" whoever said that.

Glad to hear text issue just ain't me. I was starting to freak out because I use the threaded messaging, so I remember what I said to that person. So now when I do a soft reset to add a new app. my conversation is gone. THAT SUCKS.........
