I got the data connection worked out...this is a very very very VERY NICE ROM....SWEEEET. It's a lot better than having the stock version I had and with programs that I found to be very resourceful.

WOW - I finally looked at your guide. Very nice job! That takes a lot of time and you should be commended. NOW - can't we just post the link to your guide in our replies to these questions that are asked every other page. It would answer 90% of them and save tons of post-estate.

I have run some tests last night, now maybe 20 pages ago. And while you are correct about people that stand in direct sunlight ALL day will not see an improvement over the people that are in normal light conditions. But my tests were dont in normal room light. and as you can see right off the bat it shaved alsmost 100mA off the drain.

Yeah it is, and I still couldn't get it JVH3's app to work. However J.eremy's app worked flawlessly...

I could be wrong but isnt that a graph of the brightness of the room relative to how bright the screen will be?


for instance,
if the sensor on the phone is reading 0, your backlight will be at level 2.

the higher the number the brighter the backlight becasue of viewing in low or high light conditions.

jdm posted 8/11 download link on pg797, but since nrg is updating download again does that mean another update is coming and i should just wait for that one? sorry im new to all this
