Better watch it. After your foray on the mothership today you may have been abducted.

Does anyone else have a problem with the menus(start, programs, settings) dimming randomly after a while? I can't figure out what the problem is. All the icons are dimmed but the taskbar stays fully lit.

No I swear! I only peeked over there for a few minutes. They didn't...probe me...did they? *shudder*

Look at the :41 minute gap between ThreeFaces post 6076 and my 6077 -- well the post I quoted WAS originally number 6076, and after it went poof in the thread I switched tabs to the forum index and even grabbed a screenie of it to make sure I wasn't going [completely] crazy. It was listed as the last new message with 6076 total posts at 2:07pm. Is the forum dropping posts since the upgrade or did the user just delete it after posting it or what?

"Scully! We lost 41 minutes! Remember the last time we lost 41 minutes!?!"

(sorry couldn't stop myself, believe my I tried)

NRGZ posted this file which will restore the Tap-and-Move function as well as fix the Start menu dimming...

I'm curious where you found that file. The link works fine but I can't find it anywhere on the energyrom site. Same with the Herman ROM files. It doesn't help that I can't see my cursor half the time on the site. I've noticed posts getting renumbered or vanishing here all day also.

This latest version of the rom has hard reset on me 3 times by itself. Moving to another rom for now, but wanted to let the OP know.

I tried in this way with out add any program with 7/29 TP

Dialer Phone-Menu-Options-Services- Time Synchcronization- Unselect-Clock and Alarms select(in the same window) Selec your zone time and PUSH OK.

Word Clock
Today-touch world clock-remove default city(es)- Menu- Local Time Settings-selet the availble city- and then select your country and then your city if for some reason the hour time it's diferent adjust with the arrow time to the correct hour and minutes.

Soft reset... if for some reason when you conect your Phone to your computer and the time change check again all the steps and put in the correct way make a soft reset again staied connecting and your time it will be ready always in your city and with your local time.

Point for check: probably if you are in Roming your time never adjust to the local time but if you are shortly time there go to Time Synchronization selct for synchronize with mobile network automatically and then Update Now.
I reccomend you unistall g-alarm and after all this steaps install again and we will see...
Bye.

hklm-software-htc-phone-phone extend setting-connecting vibration level (make your choice but take care with high vibration)

after that soft reset

take your decition more or lees
test your choise and the life of your battery.
