I don't think it is a ROM specific issue but I am not able to connect to wifi using WAP-PSK 2. I have had the similar issue with the Sprint rom as well as mighty rom. Anyone know how to connect to wifi using WAP-PSK?

BTW regular wifi does work, just not the WAP PSK.

I have not yet upgraded to the latest ROMs, but have never had any problem connecting using WPA2. Note, it's WPA NOT WAP as you wrote, maybe that's your problem?

Your right I ment WPA. I can connect to regular WEP fine. But Im trying to connect to WPA2 and it doesnt work. I have tired to connect by making the network discoverable and also undiscoverable. I have tried WPA on other routers to and no success. I am not sure if its phone specific. I have the Sprint HTC touch Pro. I was never able to connect with the sprint rom or mighty rom as well.

Hate to sound stupid but I see max sense in the rom download section @ the begining of this thread. Is max sense a rom you can download or an upgrade you can add to one of the energy roms cause I cannot find it as a rom to download

I think he quit building maxsense because of the lack of demand and the developer stopped working on it.

I apologize in advance if this has been addressed before. I would like to disable the HTC Messaging portion and use the standard windows default messaging software and I would also like to disable the HTC Contacts software and use the windows default Contacts software instead. The problem now is with the Sense software installed, the HTC messaging home tab goes to the HTC messaging app and the "All People" button in the "People" home tab goes to the HTC Contacts app. Is there a way to remap the HTC messaging home tab to go directly to the windows default messaging app and the "All People" button under the "People" home tab to go directly to the windows default contact app? Sounds complicated but seems like it would be a simple remapping of certain keys to do this. Does anyone know how this can be done?
