Anyway to not make the flip clock lag when bringing phone out of sleep? It usually starts an hour or two behind then has to "flip" over a few times to catch up.

I tried looking and can include my search strings if needed. I tried looking back as many posts as I could but couldn't find it either.

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe the home key oddness goes away if you run your appropriate carrier provisioning cab via Start->Tools->Carrier Provisioning.

It's a problem I've seen before as well, but I don't recall having it recently.

The button thing I've had a problem with that ever since I got my phone and before I ever flashed to an Energy ROM. Sometimes I press the home button and it acts like the left directional key, or sometimes it acts like the phone key. I just think the sensors or the conductors are getting old... I mean, it is an old model. I've found that the more deliberately I press, the more accurate it is. Just a thought.

Thanks! I found it under CHT 2.0.0 under widgets for the clock. I thought it was a lag thing, turns out it was doing what it was supposed to do! Much better now.

Ghaleon - I'll give that a try. I have USCC and I see there is a spot for provisioning. When I flashed the rom, I ran the *228 to update roaming list. What does the provisioning do or is that it?

whenever i install my wap/mms settings cab for metropcs it reverts the battery icon.

I thought I would post and share my experience with this ROM. I've been using MightyROM since I purchased my Touch last year with minor issues other than letting SMS messages stack up seemed to make the OS stick and lock up here and there.

Since Mighty quit updating the OS for the Touch Pro, I decided to try something new...

Anyways, I installed Energy and at first really liked it. Slick new features, it looks like the newer HTC phones, and had some cool features.

One thing I immediately noticed was there is a bug when texting. If I choose Messages in landscape view, it gets rid of the bubble text theme and goes to the traditional theme. If you text with the bubble-text open, it wont capitalize the first letter in sentences like in traditional.

I also noticed that my "o" key would stick (or something) because when I was texting something that need an "o" like "good", it would come out "gooood".

About a week later, I thought it might be a bug so reflashed it. All the same problems still existed.

When I try to view a Missed Call, when I select the call it automatically dials the number instead of letting you look at the receipt information. I've also noticed when I have a missed call or voicemail, sometimes after I go look at them the OS still claims I haven't viewed them yet and we'll leave the announcement on the Home screen.

Anyways, while I'm not sure if this OS caused this, I did go back through this thread and did find very similar issues. My front buttons have now started becoming unresposive randomly and my keyboard quits working sometimes where I have to pull the battery to get it working again...

Anyways, I think I might go back to MightyROM. If this is all just a coincidence, it definitely happened at the worst time.

Sounds like a bad flash to me. I would get problems of all sorts until I started using Task29.

Bah, I haven't bothered with this is in a while but I decided to do the steps to set my Sprint TP up for MMS. (Remove cab/Arcsoft) I don't even know if its needed anymore, but its habit. Now, after soft-reset I am getting that damned "Program does not have sufficient permissions" message. Whats up with that?

What version of Arcsoft is any of you other Sprint TP users using... using it with any luck?
