i have a friend who installed nrg's 2.1 on her fuze and she has a memory issue as well... So maybe it's something to do with the rom no idea why it's taking up so much space on certain phones.

I'm not sure either. This is a clean flash with this rom and I don't have anything installed or running besides activesync and sense 2.1.

I haven't been a very active poster, but have been an active follower and ROM burner and have very much appreciated and supported with my thanks and $ all the great work NRG has put into making these wonderful phones even better. I'm moving on to the Android world, because I'm tired of struggling with the limited memory of my Verizon TP.

Fortunately, I'm able to get my employer to provide me with new toys whenever I choose (being the geek in charge). I choose now. Thanks again, and peace and health to all in the new year!

I've got a quesiton about installing this rom...I understand how to unlock and get a rom onto the phone. I've seen something about carrier cabs...I'm with Sprint...is there anything else I have to do after I install this rom to use it with Sprint?

the only thing i have done so far is to run 2 .cab's... "remove picture mail and arcsoft.cab" and "JD Arcsoft 5.2.1.22.cab" (in that order) to get my sms/mms working.

i DO NOT install a carrier cab

hey guys searched but could not figure it out. I downloaded the jan 18 rom from hotfile but i keep only getting a rar file, no ruu or nbh. How do I go about installing the new rom, I tried an older ruu but i think im missing the nbh

Use something like WinZip or 7Zip to uncompress the two files. The RUU will be one of the two files.

it seems there is a problem of the "incall" icon. i was puzzled for quite a few minutes after flashing both the latest roms
