Energy.HERMAN.29017.Sense2.5.Mar.24.7z works for me, maybe try to download again, or the latest 7zip program, or check your AV for interference.

Very nice to see this ROM still alive! I had been away using another handset, which I happen to loose last week. Time to fire up the old Touch Pro and update to the latest Energy!

I'm just flashed the 3/24 29017 build onto my Sprint TouchPro. For the most part everything has settled in nicely. The only thing I haven't been able to resolve is that when I receive a call the the Windows bar at the bottom cover the Slide to Answer bar. This wouldn't be so bad but during a call it also covers the Dialpad button.

I seem to recall there was a fix for this in older builds but now I cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't flashed yet to see if this is a ROM issue, but be sure phcanvga.exe is running & is in the StartUp folder. It adjusts the phone canvas for VGA resolutions. Alternately, if you installed a new dialer or any thing related, that is almost certainly the cause of your problem.

Thanks that seems to have done the trick. Seems a .lnk file isn't good enough to get it to start. Placed the .exe in the startup folder and that seems to be doing it (Although it starts slowly).

I've been on these latest ROMs and they're a little more buggy than I'd like. I've had a couple of freezes and I also have a problem where people are getting random text messages sent in the middle of the night. Does anyone else experience the random text message problem??

I've not seen any reports of that here or in the GSM version. Be sure you're using Task 29 before each flash. Also, new plain Sense ROMs are up, new Cookie may be coming as well, so maybe give them a try.

If anybody's wondering why the flavored ROMs are missing... its because this ROM will no longer be fully updated with all the flavors from now on. It hardly gets any downloads anymore (I'm guessing everyone moved to android handsets) and I don't need to spend the time to cook the rest of them.

So for now, enjoy Standard, Cookie and Titanium flavors

Hi NRGZ,
Thanks for your efforts. I am having a weird issue on your ROM from couple months back. No matter where I tap on the touch screen of my HTC Touch Pro (Sprint), it always acts as if I have tapped on the bottom-left corner of screen (in portrait mode). So, when I am on home screen it always brings up the "Action" menu. My phone is practically unusable now. I am only able to make calls, by using hard keys. For entering the phone number I use the hard keyboard.
If this can not be resolved I am open to reflash to April 8 build, but ActiveSync is not working for me either. I tried to flash it through SD card, but no luck even there. In flash mode it says "No image file found". I made sure that I have "RAPHIMG.nbh" & others at the root of a FAT32 formatted SD card.
Someone gotta help

1) There is no way NRG can help you, your issues are not ROM related & way beyond the scope of this thread. I can't offer more than the general advice below. It's all in your hands.
2)** EDIT: Apparently, there's not a way to access the Start Menu by default on NRG via hardware keys, a forum/google search will turn up some info & options regarding this.** At a minimum, you should be able to recalibrate your screen digitizer. Almost everything on your phone can be accessed & operated without the touch screen. Just use the Dpad and/or keyboard. DO NOT go to Settings>Personal>Touchscreen Calibration! Go to Settings>System>Screen and align the screen. If you are resourceful, creative, & determined enough, you should be able to do this. If you do it & it has no effect, you may need a new digitizer (essentially the screen).
3) Read more about flashing from SD, there's no reason it shouldn't work, maybe you've got too much junk in the root of your card & it's causing problems. As I recall, you should have ONLY the RAPHIMG.nbh file there.
