It's the December 21st sense 2.1 21885 build, and when I touch the icon bar at the top, the thing that opens says "no new notifications"...just the icon in TF3D has a 1 on it.

could try this as a fix, replace existing with this!

ok then, anyway for it to hard reset must be a major conflict.

I only have Opera startup on reset problem.
EDIT: reinstalling opera does not help. Something is calling Opera to open with that error page.

I would check his update changes he posted on twitter for clues as to what is conflicting for your Sashimi install.

Besides changelog on twitter,
Latest Dec24 rom has nicer clock than dec21st.
Then added new Sense 2.1 dual clock from here:

(#*&%(*@#&% the MMS-erases-all-texts problem is back. I just flashed to today's ROM and the same issue is back. Unlike the opera startup bug though, this is a deal killer. I can't have texts just disappearing whenever i get an MMS. I tried reinstalling the arcsoft cab and still the same thing.

I know there are several other people here who are experiencing the same thing. Anyone figure out what's causing it? So frustrating. I just restored ALL of my settings and apps.

all clocks i have used kill the animated weather on homescreen and haven't found a bg4a yet either,there is one mod though it's a dual clock for sense 2.1 and works well

***Disappearing SMS/TXT Workaround***

Ok, i *think* i've fixed the MMS-causing-txts-to-disappear bug. It's confusing but what i think is happening is that when an MMS comes in, incoming message mode switches from SMS to MMS.

So incoming txts dont show anymore because they're 'hidden' when an MMS comes in and the app changes to MMS mode. Unfortunately, this ROM doesn't have a default way of switching BACK to SMS mode, so you get 'stuck' in MMS mode indefinitely and it makes it appear as if all of your texts are gone.

However, when you install the sprint MMS cab (not arcsoft - this one here), it creates the ability to now view both the MMS folder and the SMS folder. Go to the messaging app and show the tree. Now instead of just SMS and Email, you have three distinct branches: SMS, MMS, and Email. Now you can view both SMS and MMS separately!

Sending MMS also appears to work ok. Sending pics to yourself, anyway. Not sure about audio or other stuff but when i sent some images to my own number, it came through.

Hope this helps the other guys racking their brain trying to fix this.

If you want to run just the cabs on standard m2.5 ROMs (no Max or Dusk themes cooked in) just got to XDA and check out Maxy(MaxManila) and gregorz(Dusk). They each have a special thread for their themes. ALSO they both just released some new issues for the newer manila2.5 packages that ARE DA BOMB! I imagine they will be cooked in as soon as NRG and the other Chefs go through the packages and play around a bit.

I DL'ed MaxManila 2.7 beta and it is a vast improvement over the already stellar 2.6.... Just google MaxManila 2.7 and Dusk 2.5 and you are set. I rec the theme threads to everyone using a themed ROm or the cabs so they can get the full low down from the source and the chefs don't have to take time to explain how to use the themes' features.

I am currently running the new MaxManila on ahuskins latest standard release, with cmylxgo's xmas theme for maxmanila and it is FAST! Getting ready to test it out on lateset NRG 28011m2.5 standard and see how the performance is.......so many ROMs so little time..........
