I am having the same issue with my dialer being cut-off at the bottom as well. Also, the contact picker issue is back again...ugh! i need to find that registry edit to fix it...

Side note... All 28011 ROMs for VGA are reuploading to fix the small dialer glitch. Thanks for waiting...

Dialer issue is there, obviously, texts would not send from the titanium side but did from sense. I ran the zenyee cab and it worked on both sides. I disabled/uninstalled the zenyee cab and HTC messaging worked from both sides. The reg edit for the contact picker is hklm/software/Jataayu/messaging and change contact picker to 0. I'll be reflashing though to the re-do. This ROM in all other regards is sweet.

On a side note my phone did BSOD aswell as the dialer issue with that first 12/9 release of 28011 M2.5
