That was the PRI that was giving people fits. The PRL-Preferred Raoming Lists is fine, just helps your phone to find towers.
There are a few PRL update cabs posted in the threads attached files-linked in my sig, and Threefaces covers it in his guide-also linked in my sig

Hi All, I've been lurking here for weeks, so thought I'd show myself and ask a potentially noob question . . .

Forgive me if this has been answered.. I tried searching but couldn't find anything.

I am using the 12/4 build (m 2.1) standard . . . my screen turns off after like 1 or 2 seconds and I have to hit the power button to turn it back on . . . in landscape, I don't have this issue. Any ideas? Am I missing a setting somewhere? If I pause at all, the screen goes black.

my problem is that how can i get back the auto complete for words like i'll
like for example back then i would have to type il and it'll auto complete to i'll

once again, im amazed at this mans ability...im running the new 28008, and im totally digging the new dialer. its so much more friendly...and frankly it looks so dang sexy....and once again this rom is awesome right out the box

In regards to updating your PRL I've always just updated mine during the flash dance process when I'm on the stock ROM. For instance I'll flash stock than hard reset update PRL and then flash custom etc.. I always get the latest by using this method plus its one less thing to install later.

OK ive been on the indagroove rom for the last 2 weeks and am now feeling a little itchy for something new im thinking of coming back to an energy rom ( which i had before i went to the indagroove rom) , so ive read the last few pages and so far it seems that the last version is preety good with very minimal problems i was going to download it when i saw a post mentioning that NRG is realeasing a new version tonight?? is that true?? should i wait or get the 12/7 manilla 2.5 version?
