Anyone else having trouble getting EnergyROM_23504_HERMAN_10.Nov.2009_Titanium to boot past 'Please wait, phone starting up'?

I've done the FlashDance multiple times and am able to install other ROMS. But, when I install this one, it just won't get past the starting up prompt.

I was running EnergyROM_21864_HERMAN_05.Nov.2009_Standard until it crashed and wouldn't recover.

After waiting almost 30mins a soft boot gits same result. After a Hard Boot, I notice a quick message saying no Image found and then sits in the boot loader.

Have you tried downloading the file again? It's possible there was a corruption during the download. I don't use Titanium and haven't flashed that particular ROM version, so I wouldn't know specifically if it was a problem with that package.

Ahhh...you're flashing from the SD card?

...and just to make sure we're all on the same page, you've unlocked the phone properly and have flashed other custom ROMs on this device before? Have you flashed any ROMs from that SD Card to this device?

That error "no image found" is usually what happens when you put the nbh file on teh SD Card to flash...but the SD card is either not formatted properly or there is encryption enabled, so bootloader doesn't recognize the file even though its sitting out ready for flashing.

Just let me know what you've done and we can try to work it out.

Have you tried flashing from the PC?

Many people thought in this way but the TP still alive for long time with a work like Akeo and many others like you in this thread.

Does anyone know if NRG is going to release an update for his TP ROMs? I see a flurry of activity mentioned on his Twitter but no mention of Herman or VGA Roms. Hopefully we are still on NGRs radar screen.

His last release for us was just last weekend and I do recall seeing some mention of cooking up VGA 23008 [?] builds. Considering he cooks for so many devices, I'd assume other devices will get served first. I would also guess he'd mention that he's no longer cooking for VGA if that was his intention.

Yeah he mentioned about uploading new 23xxx build ROMS on Nov 14 on his Twitter but nothing since. Yeah, I'm sure NRG would let us know of his intentions but I do agree with you, the WVGA devices are first.

I'm going crazy waiting for one also! This is the most amazing ROM for the TP!!! (just found out about tapping the screen to see running programs!)
