try taking your battery out while you're stuck on that screen. let it sit for a min or two. Put your battery back in, then press and hold both the vol down and the power button. this should you in the bootloader mode. Then try reflashing again. Hope that helps.

yes my TP is cdma, I also just tried, the titanium version still get stuck at splash I dont understand...
