Try doing what bennett279 said with it plugged into the USB adapter. That's how I did it and it worked fine...

The Chef is aware of the problems with the 21864 and is uploading a new file for that one...!!!

21864 is faulty. Reuploading it now Look for a different build time which is reflected by the last two sets of numbers

I went with the 23071 and I like it. I enjoy having the start menu and all on the bottom. i have large fingers and for some reason it is easier to point and hit the start menu and all other items when they are at the bottom. I didnt see a version history yet, but maybe i just missed it. Picture mail was not working in the last rom, wondering if it was fixed this go round in addition to what else has changed.

Picture mail/MMS worked great in the last build for me.
