so heres a newbe question for you guys...
ive been searching around and i cant frankly frigure it out...
what program do you guys use to edit the registry, i mean i got curious after reading the clock in the taskbar situation, but this could even help me in other things too.

i really hate asking these simple questions, but i feel for some things i need to ask coz i wont figure out alone.

Hey bud, a lot easier than you think. In my programs I see an icon with pink blocks called "dotFred Regeditor." exactly like that.

Tgmuhammad has a good alternative to getting hotmail to your phone and I have tried it myself but I do like the windows live way because it sync your email and contacts plus you can get your mail "as it arrives". Try to download the latest windows live from the windows mobile website. I have it working on 300 b4 just fine.

Do you use advance config tool for anything? I use to have this issue and i found out that it was advance config tool. if you have it set up to turn off your data after X min it would get issues answering the phone.

My favorite is a free program called CeRegEditor. You can just google search it and find a download spot. The best part of it is, it alters your registry over active sync. So when you have keys to add or values to change, you're doing it on your PC and it's making the changes on your device. Much easier to navigate the registry and type with a real mouse, and real keyboard.

dotfred (which was already suggested) is also really handy if you need to make a change on the go, so you might want to get both.

No I dont. For some reason things went nuts. Now I dont know if it will help deck, but it happened after I turned on the Mobile Wifi router in the comm manager tab in manila. It may have had nothing to do with it, but it was the first time I had used it that way

Had to hard reset...I really need to figure out UC!

Hey Deck, i am running v300 B4 currently and i just notice that if i click on a number in call history to dial it nothing happens. Not sure if anyone else said this or is having the issue.
