hard resets do not bother me. it takes all of 15 minutes to get it back up and running again. i will try JD's rom instead of the kitchen and see if that helps.

ok, flashed to JD's rom posted on the first page and i now get the double bluetooth icon issue but my headset still acts teh same way. i can hear the other person, but my mic does not work. i paired it with my wife's phone and i get teh same thing, so it must be the headset itself. mother.......!!

thanks for the help. i never would have thought to check to see if the headset was the problem.

Anytime bro. Sorry to hear it was the headset and not something easy, and free, that you could have fixed. If it makes you feel any better, my wife washed my last BT headset with my jeans...

actually i called moto and they are going to replace it for free. or so they say. the lady i spoke to said she would send me an email with instructions on sending mine back, and once they get it they will send me a new one. i still do not have the email, so i am guessing her inability to speak english very well probably probably means she took down my info wrong.

it works!!! great find... thoroughly tested with non s2a dialer(scrolling slowed down but worth the improvement). i will be building it into my next ROM tomorrow...

i still havent tried i but capt says the scrolling is slowed some, but to overwrite, what i do is wait until i pick what i want in it then press play after its done(dont exit yet) i locate he temp folder and then overwrite the files in the temp folder...i would suggest doing them 1 by 1 so u know that everything thing is actually overwriting when everything is moved i exit out of the build os and then it will continue as regular...i havent used the kitchen in like a month & 1/2 so i dont know if he made changes to it but it should work

I overwrote with Resco explorer, Works gr8 no delay whatsoever.
