I have the h690 and I was not prompted for the pass key, however mine works flawlessly with my TP. You might want to think about a hard reset to see if that helps.

yes it will. He's probably just waiting for a new release. Updating these kitchens take alot of work everytime a new build is released

ok, I have been away for a while and the buiild went from 215xx to 212xx can anyone tell me which is the newest one out and maybe an explanation? thanks

I've had a problem with JD's earlier 6.5 rom as well as this kitchen. Is anyone else seeing this - or is my hardware going bad

During normal usage, my screen will turn off (while I'm touching it/scrolling/etc..) - hitting the power brings it back up without my lock (I use pocketshield to lock), so I know it's not turning off on purpose..

It's not timing out - this is while I'm actively scrolling on it.. and can happen in any program.

Is anyone seeing this? It's almost like it runs out of juice and has to turn something off - so the screen's first to go..

Souds to me like your screen is going out on you if you are actively using it and it still turns off.

using a rom i made from the kitchen.

btw, just noticed you are from the 419. which part? i lived lived up there for the last 9 years and recently moved just south of cbus.

That's weird that you are having the problems with your BT and I am not. Know anyone who has a BT that you could borrow and test with, just to make sure that it isdn't your heaset before a hard reset?

I am in Toledo, near the Michigan line.
