i did the same thing and then installed the s2a cab. maybe you can get it to work with th eright selections, but i never can.

As a former user of JD's Titan roms, I have come to expect great things. I downloaded the kitchen last night and built a rom with it and flashed it to my TP today. As usual, JD did not dissapoint. My TP is running wicked fast and everything that I need (data connection, activesync, and sms messaging) are all working 100% and I am loving it!

Thanks JD, I appreciate all of your work on this rom!

I used the phonecanvas option in the kitchen and then installed Juggalo's Black S2A cab and it is working great.

I flashed with kitchen and i chose htc menu overlay, now i wana get rid of it, is there any way of doing it without reflashing?

Edit: I figured it out, changed value of HKLM\System\GWE\Menu\CUIHandler Changed 1 to 0.

I'd like to weigh in on this as well, as the dialer OEM's have been giving me fits with this Kitchen.

I did the same thing, but installed the Juggalo's white version. However, later that night I lost my keypad and soft resets wouldn't get it back.

Also, I don't get it. Isn't the phone canvas OEM in the kitchen supposed to be S2A? Why can't we just check the phone canvas option to get s2a working? leaving the non s2a and winmo dialer deselected? Is something broken?

I agree with you as well. I actually like the 6.5 menus A LOT better than the HTC ones.

have you added phcanOverbmp.dll to the s2a folder? the version i have didnt have it originally, but once i added it the dialer skin works fine and is the default...
you also have to check phone canvas reg when you are chosing both s2a and windows 6.5 dialer

as for the HTC menus... my fat fingers love em

No, I haven't added phcanOverbmp.dll to the s2a folder. I didn't know that we were supposed to. Actually I don't know what it is. Time to google I guess.

Ok, so I have to check both "Phone Canvas Reg" and "Phone Canvas (non s2a)"? What's the difference between the 2? I was thinking that Phone Canvas Reg was s2a. Now I feel like that is stupidly wrong.
