You raise a very interesting point, my roms should work with any CDMA carrier but if you are not on sprint there may be unique carrier settings missing to detect the number of unread txt messages. In the short term there is a way to set the counter back to zero, I will post a cab for that soon.

I have noticed that I pretty much only "need" to install a carrier cab on DCD's rom, everyone else has a preconfigured EVDO connection, so I pretty much stopped installing the carrier cabs. I will try this, and I also am on USCC, tho I am 99% sure I had the MMS settings already setup, but will keep an eye on it.

A cab file would be much easier for me to hand out to my friends rather than making them bring me their phones to edit the registry. So if you could put one together, I would appreciate it.

I love this rom another solid build form Psyki. I do have one issue, Sprint TV does not work. Has anyone found a fix for the sprint tv for this rom? I have tried the Calkulin's fix but it breaks my you tube.

for anyone using the cooked in version of compact home attached is a new version that fixes the slight overlay issue in the clock (most apparent in the AM/PM portion)

Great rom so far. Hope some of the bugs from the previous 31st one are ironed out. I hated setting it as my alarm only to have the phone lock up overnight.

Also it is true that the latest Manilla removed the Sync Facebook Birthday ability. Any idea why it was taken out or if it will be added back in? comes in handy with a lot of close friends and a bad memory.
