Ms's task manager is always there... It never has a quick menu or anything though. You can run taskmanager.exe and taskmanagerlite.exe from the Windows folder and you will see them.

yeah, the quick menu is what i am talking about... the latest build doesn't have it.

That's the HTC Taskmanager and it's still there. It's hidden under the clock.

The one that you can enable the "Quick menu" is made by HTC. Microsoft's one has no "Quick menu".

The battery meter in my screenie a few pages back is indeed DCI battery meter.

In fact the TaskmanagerApp.exe and Taskmanagerlite.exe are both HTC. The taskmgr.exe is the MS one.

Edit: Remember, to close the HTC quick task manager, click on the "Start" which appears in the left of the taskbar after you open the taskmanager.
