LTE is not a technology; it is a general descriptive for an evolution of mobile technology.

P.S. that could have been a great q for my interview

Make sure you doing everyhting correct, I have synced MANY MANY times without any problem. (Using Exchange Server). What type of problem? You also might have 1 contact that has some weird chars which I have seen cause some issues, if it's stopping there, take a look at this and report back.

I absolutely agree.

The problem is that GSM is used in more countries than CDMA so has a larger market so most of the new cool phones come out with GSM first then CDMA, if at all.....

I am perfectly aware that CDMA is a superior technology. That doesn't mean it doesn't suck. The advantage with GSM is I can easily switch phones in just a few seconds. Also I can switch carriers in just a few seconds. To switch carriers on a CDMA device takes a hour or two. Otherwise I totally agree with Juicy.
And I am also aware about Juicy's comment on LTE. That's like saying "I love 3G phones!" That's a descriptor of the third gen of mobile technology. Hence when I say "Go LTE!!!" I'm talking about how I love the theoretical 50MBits over cellular that most (AT&T and Verizon) will be promising.

Honestly, I agree with all of you but it all depends on the quality of implimentation by the Carriers. Aren't most other countries much smaller in physical network size?
-For Instance:
Call quality/voice building penetration with t-mobile is still amazing because they still use the low freq bands for voice. Where as ATT replaced that band with WCDMA and I basically lost
the ability to make/recieve calls at my house.

-Did you read that WiMax will be deployable im cars because it can sustain high data rates @ 70mph. Pretty deisel!

-I've had all 4 major carriers and worked for ATT during the 3G rollout. Besides the lesser battery life, I prefer Sprint's CDMA over GSM any day, especially the data.
