Since you listed the necessary, I am assuming that you "unzipped" the RAR file. For the C2 Kitchen file, the bat file you should see is "SSK 1.5 Rev C2.bat". When you double click on that, it should open a DOS dialog box and start unpacking and arranging the files that you see in the "BUILDOS" screen that shown in Post #2. I'm guessing that if you got the message about the ROMupdateutility that you might be looking in an old folder that you had when you just flashed a "pre-built" ROM....or else, your C2 kitchen download is corrupt.
