Pretty much.

Go slow... Make a small amount of selections the first ROM. Thats always what I do. Once I get a good "frist boot" I go back and rebuild with what I want.

Thats just me though... Everyone is differnt.

On my phone I found I could actually get to the hard reset screen by turning phone off and then ONLY holding down the d-pad button and then holding the reset button together. I didn't need to hold power or either volume button.

In that case, I have to hold volume up and power button together and then depress reset to get into bootloader. volume down doesn't work for me.

I bought my TP in January. Based on a lot of the complaints I've heard, I'm wondering if they changed something in newer phone rev's.

scott, just cooked 21042 rev A. so far so good! gonna do a clear storage thing just for the heck of it. all common apps seem to run smoothly. thanks, bud!
