Sorry this is probably a real noobish question but here goes. I have MightyROM5 5.24.09_herman and I see that MightyROM5 6.9.09 came out today. If I flash will it upgrade or replace my existing rom. I already have 5.24.09 the way i like it with multiple cab installs and whatnot. I'd rather not start over. Secondly, is the new version much better than 5.24.09?

Yes... all your data will be erased... I recommend upgrading but if u are happy then leave it be

Is it me or is the general reception of 6-9 more lukewarm than 5-8 and 5-24? I've had no real functional issues with 5-8 or 5-24, at least nothing major like text messaging not working, GPS issues, etc.

Mighty,
I noticed that in 5.28.09 light version ROM we were not able to change the Page Pool withing the exe provided. However, with this new 6.9.09 we are able to increase the page pool. I am inclining to increase to 24. So as I am not sure, can you throw some light on this if increasing the page pool will really help in performance or not ? and will it decrease the battery life ?

I want the TP2ply!!!! 1ply just doesn't cut it for me anymore, especially with all the publix cake I eat!.....mightyrom5 6 9 09 is the bomb! Or should I say MOAB of all roms! It just plain rocks and was worth the upgrade!

Did you do a hard reset or clear storage after installing the new ROM? It usually clears up issues that nobody else is reporting.

And Keyboard Lag is GONE!... U couldn't make the keyboard lag if you tried!

I use this all the time now and love it!

Unfortunately the software doesn't work on regedits, so It's nothing i can directly implement within the rom. It is all software controlled.

It is a PAY App though unfortunately.

If anyone can let me know if there is similar software that is freeware, please do tell!

I got this, and while it's true they want you to pay for it, the trial version allows you to control one program with it.

Which, as it works out, is enough to destroy the keyboard lag. So this app is perfect!

I just flashed this rom last night... it's awesome! I had a question about the "favorites" section however. I realize you need to put the wanted ones in the \windows\favorites folder with a .ico ... but what form does the program itself need to be in? a shortcut?
