Thanks for the great rom, I am new to this, I unlocked and flashed the latest Mightyrom, but I cannot figure out how to update a visual theme, I downloaded the lilrico theme found on the first page, can someone please let me know how to install this. I tried searching google but I couldnt find a post detailing how to install a theme. thanks

Since these are cab files, you should be able to copy it onto your device (for example to your storage card) and then use the file explorer to locate it. Once you have found it all you need to do is select the file and it should begin installation automatically.

Thanks I sync'd and dropped the .cab file into a folder under my documents, found it, executed the cab and did a soft reset, but the theme did not update, I am still looking at the burberry wall paper and columned layout, please let me know what I did wrong.

OK, so far so good, I forgot that you had not done this before, so I did not add the final steps... Beginning at the HOME screen:

First select 'start', then 'settings', then 'today', at the bottom of the screen are 2 tabs, select 'items', scroll the task bar down until you can see 'TouchFLO 3D' check this box and select 'OK' from the top right of the screen.

The next thing you should see is the HTC logo and a message telling you that TouchFLO 3D is loading, when that completes the theme should be active.

Thanx mightymike, the rom is awsome! Ioun even want a htc touch pro 2 for bout another year now lol but then i seen your mods and want it all over again! Anyway, keep it up mang.

I'm on Sprint and I have the sms year 2016 bug. Is there a suggested/safe fix for this with mighty rom 6? I did a search in this thread and "2016" came up with no hits.

There is an official fix on the HTC site for Sprint users, if you check over at the xdadev site there are a bunch of workarounds there.

Yeah, I've seen the official and unofficial fixes. On the mighty rom official site there is a post from mike that says:

Please do not use the 2016 Hotfix patch from HTC on customized ROMs. Wait for a ROM Upgrade with the proper fix. ETA : sometime soon

I'd be happy waiting for a rom upgrade, but I don't think we'll be seeing one from mike for the touch pro.
