it gets stuck at 15% then i get the error. i have tried multiple times, any advice? i have even followed the "recovery" steps it prompts for.

wow.. Did not even expect this good news... Thanks Mike...
I just started downloading, and went to get my phone...
and now Im so upset... hahahaha...
I sent my phone in for repair.. It stopped vibrating last week... I mailed it out yesterday..

That was when I did a post last week, about people saying my phone stopped vibrating or my keyboard not working... after a flash....
I dropped my phone, well it fell out of my pocket... and noticed a few minutes later, that i missed a few calls... when i checked, the vibrate stopped working.. hmmm...
